We had a rough winter. Roof leakage, damage to our master bedroom. We had a less then satisfactory interaction with our contractor and insurance. The people at Roofing Specialist were our positive, upside to the negative. They say what they mean and mean what they say!

First voice-mail received and call returned within the same day. Last minute we were told we needed to have the roof redone by the insurance. We werent sure how it would happen; also knew we wouldnt make it through the winter without it. Roofing Specialists made it happen !Mckenzie immediately responded and got us on the schedule after giving us a quote.Work later came sooner than expected. We were told fall, but ended up having a completely new roof by the middle of August! The crew was consistent, hard working, and kind. They worked really hard to be done before the rain came.
