Great experience! I called asking about a new piano, they didn’t have any in stock but told me what they had coming and believed they had one arriving at any moment. Sarah took my name and number and promised to call me. Not more than 30 min later she called letting me know the truck just dropped one off. Great pricing, great customer service, Sarah was extremely nice to chat with. Definitely would recommend this place!
Looked at a Ukelele for my daughter and the staff were amazing on picking one out. The prices were VERY competitive to the ones I saw on.. let's call them "6-string in the middle" the sales person tuned it and got it all ready for her to play, and the look on her face when she saw the box was priceless.
I used to teach guitar lessons here 20 years ago so my review may be biased, but I'm really glad to see return of this small-town music store. The interior was delightful with the wood floors and the exposed brick. They had a lot of inexpensive used guitars available when i visited and a few newer instruments as well. Also a very cool acoustic baritone on consignment. Keep local music alive!
