From start to finish I can’t recommend this entire team enough, from the first phone call to Dixie to make sure I had the right directions, she was very professional, to the scheduler Alley, to the receptionists In Dr Brady’s office, the X-ray technician, the bed side manner Dr Brady has and the care he has even tho I was a stranger that was sent to him from a Utah Ankle specialist (I live in Utah, and would drive to Evanston for this wonderful care) I have had 31 surgeries and I have never been treated so wonderful, the RN Sean was very caring and listened to my needs and the anesthesiologist Jeremy was amazing I have had alot of red flags with Anesthesia, I come out of it pretty hard, he took the time to make sure I was comfortable and took extra steps to help me feel that way, he listened to everything we said and I didn’t come out of it hard, the OR Sonya she was an amazing nurse had my glasses for me cause it helps to have them when I’m starting to wake up, she was so patient and kind she knew my needs, I stayed the night and I had such good care, I wasn’t just a number, most the time you feel like a cow getting sorted or branded in and out fast, every nurse and CNA, Kate, Becky, Katie, Kacee, Sarah, and the sweet CNA that pushed me to my truck to go home, can’t remember her name. The food was great and the cafeteria people were also so kind to my husband! Even the janitors came in with respect to clean your room! I may have forgotten some names but thank you all for making me feel like a human! Thank you to all of you I’m so blessed!
