Fantastic experience with Russ's! We broke down during a road trip in Douglas, WY on a Friday afternoon. They towed us quickly and were able to temporarily fix our problem to get us back on the road. We can't thank them enough!
While on a trip to Wyoming I needed repairs to my 2010 F350. Tyler worked on a Sunday to get me up and running in a few short hours. Despite a misunderstanding on my part, Tyler even drove down to Douglas from Casper to work on the truck while I was at a graduation party. Unbelievable service, extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and reasonably priced. Thanks Tyler!
