Keegan was really helpful while answering my questions about my current issues with postmaster posts supplied by someone else. I will definitely consider making the drive to buy posts from them next time and maybe I wouldn't have the same issues. Great to be able to get somebody knowledgeable on the phone
Outstanding customer service. These guys went above and beyond helping me with a 16’ gate purchase I made. SWi is a fantastic example of the best that a local business can offer.
I bought the fancy adjustable gate hinges, gate hardware kit and the anti sag kit after watching the gate building video on the YouTube channel
I messed up the measurement on the hinge side and the adjustable hinges saved my bacon!
10/10 would recommend buying those when building a gate cause it’s very forgiving if you make a boneheaded move and measure wrong
Picture for reference, I built this cause I live in Alabama. She ain’t pretty but she works and that’s the important part!
