Amber, who was the lady that did my hair was super kind and did an amazing job getting it to how I wanted it! She was also super talkative and had a great sense of humor. She even helped me get something that could help with the frizz that I would get. She was great!

Sign says walk ins welcome so I tried but she said her schedule was full. She was very polite but firm: couldn't do it. I respect that however it's not fair to have a walk ins welcome sign if you don't want to squeeze in a walk in or even suggest a different day/time. Don't believe the sign because I tried to walk in and I didn't get seen or get offered another date and time. I'm giving it 4 stars because it was clean, had a wide variety of products that looked to be in use for all hair types so if you have the time to make an appointment this is convenient to other shopping. You can do 2 errands in 1 trip and save on gas.

I got my hair highlighted today by Amber. I am very pleased with the results. The atmosphere at this salon is friendly. I asked advice on color changes and two of the hairstylists conferred to come up with a plan that best suited my request. In many salons I've been in, the competition is too agressive to allow for this kind of fantastic customer service. Not here, the stylists were helpful to each other and, best of all, good to me
