However, there have been some instances where the stylist did not listen to the customer's requested style, resulting in an unsatisfactory haircut.
Emma was fantastic! She took her time, cut with great care, and was very professional. The temple massage during the shampooing was an extra treat. I'll definitely recommend her to others!
