If a real customer gives a bad review, I wonder whether they first attempted to resolve the issue with the business directly. If there's no indication that they did in their review, I don't give them any credit. I contacted many general contractors and learned so much, those who were too busy or near retirement recommended KB Nelson for my project. And, that says a lot right there.“
