I live in AZ & wanted to send my niece something special for her 40th birthday. I called rather than ordering online & Kathy, I think she said, was very helpful & patient as I described what I was wanting. I ordered 3 days in advance & the flowers arrived on nieces doorstep at a great time of the day. She LOVED them & they made her cry. Great job & great customer service Underwoods. Thank you.
This florist shop is AMAZING!!! The care, patience and understanding Cade gave during a time of terrible loss was beyond kind and so appreciated. They were also able to get my last minute order out the same day, and I’m so grateful for them and special thanks to the delivery person as well.
Thank you a million times over. ❤
She is amazing. She went above and beyond for me! Being in a different state I was unsure of where my bf was at she helped me track him down and find him to give him his gift! Very highly recommended!!!!
