Long story short, leaving play city kid locked himself in 2018 ford f250 with keys inside, called the lock shop and the lady was very friendly and very attentive once the kid was brought up and they showed up within the half hour and did not even charge me I was shocked and could not thank the man enough. This is the second time I’ve used you guys but first time in an emergency situation and hands down I appreciate you guys more than you’ll know. Thank you and highly recommend

After calling numerous locksmith- finally found The Lock Shop out of Cheyenne to help me out. Amazing customer service. Reasonable pricing. Came when they said. Talked me through what he was doing. Got some education on what to do. Would highly recommend them and will defiantly use them again even though I live in Colorado. Honest and trust worthy family owned company. Thank you again!

Grateful for them! Highly recommend! Blown away with their professionalism. I’m coming to them for anything and everything related to locks. Was in dire stressful situation where I locked my key in my car. Called 5 minutes after they closed and they were walking out the door and still answered. Andy was here within 10 min and had the job fixed in a matter of a couple minutes. Saved me hours of struggle and misery where I would NOT have been able to do it myself. Didn’t charge me after hours price either. Very reasonable priced. I was expecting to pay twice as much. They’re your answer.
