I took my car in for an oil change. I got in and out pretty quick! Drove to Denver on our way home I kept hearing a dragging noise, when we got back into town we looked under the vehicle and had drug the skid guard all the way home!! I called them the next day and they got me in said it was because the technician forgot to put the bolts back on! They had to order a whole new piece! Fast forward 8 months needed an oil change took it back, what are the chances of that happening again...well it did!! Where do I begin? I called the Spradley-Barr Cheyenne dealership and let them know I was having trouble with my air conditioning, the rear door lock, and that the door was retaining water. I asked what day they could get me in because I couldn't go without my vehicle for more than a day without making other arrangements. They asked me to bring them my vehicle first thing in the morning on a Monday. When I arrived, the attendant had no idea why I was there. Silly me for thinking I had an appointment and someone had written down the reason for the appointment. I repeated the reasons for the appointment. I was looking at a truck and they said it was in the shop, so I gave them my name and number to contact me when it was out. I called and called and called and they never answered or got back to me. I finally just go in and check again and they sold it from under me. Do not go to Spradley Barr Motors Ford! They don't answer their phones. They were rude to me as soon as I walked in asking me how I plan to pay for it and gave a little chuckle. Judging me because I look young and they think I can't afford it. WORST DEALERSHIP AROUND!!!!
