The service was great but I locked myself out of my truck and one of the employees took me home and brought me back. Really appreciate the kindness and courtesy whenever I have dealt with them.

My wife was so impressed with the services she received at Quick Draw Optical, she is now planning for other family members to channel their needs into the care by these folks. I am one of those she is guiding toward their services. Having a strong bias for Jim and Damita, technicians and owners of this establishment must be disclosed as I pen this review - these are 2 of the most remarkably honest and diligent people doing business with the Cheyenne community that I have encountered. I’m visiting from out of town. My hosts’ new puppy ate my computer glasses! I stopped at 2 different places that could not help or didn’t even try. But they pointed me towards Quick Draw. At QD I presented my tale of woe. Lucinda and Demita jumped into finding a solution for me. My slightly damaged but complicated lenses found a new home in a new frame and while I waited they even adjusted my everyday frame for me! Friendly, helpful, willing - you couldn’t ask for a better experience. Thank you, ladies!
