I returned from PDR just a couple of hours ago. Dawn even flagged me done as I was a first timer.
They could have not been more personable, helpful and reasonable.
Will I go back? Yes! Will I recommend them to others without any misgivings? Absolutely!?

My wife and I brought our vehicle here for some hail damage . We initially took it to a different shop that wanted almost twice as much as the initial USAA estimate. That would have meant the vehicle would have been a total loss. We love our vehicle and wanted to do everything we could to not have it a total loss. That's when we contacted Precision PDR. Dawn and her brother (who's awesome!) Met us at their shop. Dawn worked up the estimate and it came in at nowhere near the first shop's price. Most amazing, caring, kind and professional place. I highly, highly recommend them. I called Monday for an estimate and was able to take the vehicle Tuesday morning. Dawn took amazing photos, did her estimate work and sent all to our insurance company all in the SAME day. They are highly organized, professional and courteous. They have my business forever! I will send anyone I can, their way! Thank you so much. You are appreciated and you make me feel appreciated and valued as well! Wow!
