They responded via email very quickly and fit me in the next day. They do not typically work with jewelry that is not from their shop, but were able to help me because they recognized the brand and knew it was good quality. Very friendly and clean shop, I loved the policies on their website, showed I was in good hands. They got my jewelry back in with no issues and didn't even charge me for the service! I obviously tipped them and if I ever want a new piercing while in Cheyenne, I know where to go.“
