It took quite awhile even though I scheduled appointment ahead of time. PA was a good guy and confirmed what I already knew, granddaughter had double ear infection. Script was given and we were out the door.
I have not been to this urgent care in years. I haven’t taken my kids in years because the last time either I or my kids went it was awful. They were rude they were dismissive they didn’t Act like they cared about what was truly wrong with me this visit I went in the doctor was extremely nice very thorough. They were polite and just all around so much better. I don’t know if management changed I believe the name changed But either way it changed for the better. I had a great doctors visit this time around.
Booked my appointment online the night before and got there 10 minutes ahead. They were efficient and respectful throughout and was a very pleasant experience for having to be at doctor.
