Not entirely a bad experience, but definitely could’ve been better. I was seated with an older lady who seemed a little crabby, especially when she asked what I had gotten the last time I was there. It had been about four months, so I couldn’t remember exactly. I asked for a low taper fade but ended up with more of a high fade. The haircut also felt a little rushed, and I noticed afterward that there were a few longer hairs that were missed, so I’ll have to go back over those myself. Overall, not terrible, but I was disappointed that the haircut wasn’t quite what I asked for.

Online check in sucks, get notification that you're 4 minutes out and it's still 20-25 minutes. It's always been like that. I mentioned it when I checked in and one of your stylists got me in and out quickly. Still had 7 people in front of me when I arrived. Cut the line.

It’s been 14 years since I went to get a professional haircut. Nate was amazing, asked for him because of his great reviews and was not let down. Professional, friendly, and with a great eye to push me a little outside my comfort zone for a sick haircut. 10/10.
