This was my first time having a loan through them despite living in Casper, WY. I didn't receive anything in the mail from them regarding my account but this stuff can happen a lot and is not always the fault of the credit union (such as the documents, moving up in the envelope, cutting information off and the **** system kicking it out.). Seeing all these bad reviews gave me bad feeling of doing my loan through them but barely even being on hold for a minute and Cory's kindness dissolved all of those feelings. You generally only see the bad reviews but people who had great experiences tend to not leave reviews.“
