Eye Care Clinic & Optical LLC

My two daughters and I were visiting Cheyenne for the Thanksgiving holiday. Both are using ortho-k lenses and in the morning we realized that we didn't pack the plunger to remove them. Called the Cheyenne Vision Clinic to see if they had a plunger and they couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. On the phone, the super kind receptionist checked to see if they had one in stock, returned to the line and said it'll be waiting for us at the front desk. When we picked it up, she said there's no charge! Kindness goes a long way in this world and the Cheyenne Vision Clinic is leading by example. This review is for the Optical side. My last review was for the Vision Side. This is difficult as things did messy. However, there are things that need to be explained. There are reasons as to why I am giving five stars even though things got messed up. There is one care coordinator right now. She's doing the best that she can with a large load of work. I think anyone who's worked in customer service knows that hard to deal with. She is fielding a lot. If the lab makes a mistake she is stuck trying to deal with the customer, and all the anger and frustration that might come with that. I've been a patient with Cheyenne Vision Clinic for 10+ years. Dr. Albers and Dr. Silver are terrific and always take care of me. Also the other staff is excellent! Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and caring 10/10 would recommend.
