I'm moving my self directed ira to exeter trust company as soon as I work out my real estate issues. I did not understand the diff before and used a third party admin to open and admin by sdira. They didn't really get real estate and goofed up my investment in my sdira. I was referred by my real estate broker to exeter trust. They got me to the CEO, and he talked me through the mess I'm in. Wish I had started with them in the beginning.
