We dropped off two rugs and were told that we would get a call once they were done. Seeing as they didn't give us a timeframe and we dropped them off in the morning, we thought they meant the same day. We tried to call the next morning and no one answered, so we went to the location and the person at the desk said it could take up to 7 days. We were shocked by that, so she went to the back and asked someone and I guess they said the rugs would be ready the next day (Saturday). We never got a phone call that the rugs were ready, and we again tried to call and no one answered. I've been using this cleaners for over two years. I've never had anything but great service. I just had a rug cleaned. They picked it up and delivered it for a great price.
