“The desk staff are quite friendly and professional: I could tell that they knew to speak with greater volume to invisibly assist those clients they recognized as having a slight hearing impairment.I was impressed with the skill, knowledge and personal character of each person I worked with. The dentist and technicians clearly worked as a team, much unspoken allowing all to proceed with speed and grace. Dr Tonso balanced friendliness with professionalism: I felt I was in competent hands that could measure the health of my teeth and gums accurately but without the intense focus required by those lacking confidence. Making it look east belied the precision and skill beneath: the mark of all professionals.My cleaning ended my visit: the hygienist was once again able to balance precision with grace. Each tooth was masterfully cared for with an exact amount of pressure to extract all unwanted tissue. She commented about other angles former dental professionals (whom I’d been happy with) had missed in a way that offhandedly suggested what I could feel: I was in the hands of a masterful artist.I’ve never experienced before a more profoundly welcoming and professional facility for healing. They exceeded even my high expectations. Would strongly recommend.“

“Have had great experiences. They have respected my wish to understand all procedures and don’t seem in a hurry to do fillings. We had a filling scheduled for my son and they could have easily done it and billed insurance but said he was about to lose the tooth so they suggested that I may not want to bother. I so appreciate that. I’m also not big on certain preventative measures and have never had anything but kindness and professional responses to my wishes and comfort level. Dr. Henry did a careful job in dental surgery for my 2 year-old. Everyone there has been great to us.“

“I'm having abdominal surgery soon and had some awful tooth pain that concerned me. I knew I needed to address my teeth before my surgery and was not looking forward to it. I shamefully had not been to the dentist in a few years, and being fairly new to Cheyenne, I selected Granite Springs Dentistry over the handful of providers approved by my insurance. I clearly made the BEST possible choice. From the front desk staff, to the dental assistant, to the Dr - I was treated with kindness, respect, understanding, and compassion. My questions were answered freely and willingly without the slightest hint of frustration from a single staff member. (And I am prone to having a million questions) I have two follow up appointments already scheduled for after my surgery, and do not hesitate in saying I am confident I will be a patient here for a very long time to come.“

“Great experience. I needed 3 root canals done and a few other teeth fixed. The referral location was good. The work took a while but they gave me multiple breaks. I had not so good experiences in the past from other dentists. My pain meds wore of multiple times. Each time they stopped and made everything numb again. The assistants were very friendly. The front desk people were great as well. Would highly recommend.“
