Car Repair in Cheyenne

“I pulled into this station crying, with two dogs, after my car was giving me all the signs it was about to break down. The kicker is, that I have been driving from Alaska for the past ten days, I’m mentally and physically exhausted, running out of money and drove thru some scary stuff.

I met Tommie, who instantly asked me what was wrong and sat with me after getting my dogs fresh water to drink.

Tommie and his team took such good care of me. While the team worked on my car, Tommie took the time to talk to me, calm me down, explain everything step by step, and reassure me they would do all they could to help and support me.

I felt so supported. Even though my car was not really able to be fixed, they helped me tremendously. Tommie even went as far as helping me load my stuff from my car to a uhaul I had to rent ( my entire life was crammed into that car).

I don’t know if this is the norm there, but I do know that that type of care is rare and I am grateful that my car chose to break down near them instead of anyone else. I feel like I met a friend and not a customer service mechanic. I feel like they cared more about me than they did about money. I felt supported and if I wasn’t so tight on money after all this mess and this long trip (not over yet I have 3 more driving days to go), I would send the entire team flowers or cupcakes or donuts or something to show my gratitude.

Thank you to everyone there who helped me, supported me and was patient with me during the hours of crying I did in your shop.

And thank you to Tommie who went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND for me and my dogs during such a stressful and disheartening time.“
