We had our roof replaced by Capital Roofing in October of last year. Unfortunately, we experienced what appeared to be some installation quality issues, along with what was later determined to be a manufacturer defect with the shingles. Throughout the process, Capital Roofing stood behind their work and responded quickly every time shingles blew off. Their team was out regularly to make repairs while the warranty process was underway.

When a windstorm took dozens of shingles off my very old roof, a discerning friend suggested I call Capitol Roofing. From the first phone call, they stepped up. They show up when they say they will. They provide what they say they will provide. When the installation date got iffy because of weather, they listened to my concern and rescheduled to a different date. And when that date was even more dicey, they proactively called their crew at dawn and then found a new date with me. Capitol Roofing was great to work with. The rep I worked with was Nick. Nick was AMAZING!!! He answered all my questions, took the time to explain things to me (more than once at times), answered all my calls and texts, and worked with the insurance rep. He was friendly and easy to talk with.
I hope I don’t need another roof anytime soon (knock on wood), but if I do, I will be calling Capitol Roofing; specifically Nick.
