We went to Camping World just to look as we wanted to downsize. They had just what we were looking for. After several hours of dealing we came to an agreement including trading in our current camper, signed papers, and told them the date we could return with our trade in. We had an appointment set for 2:00 but it was quite awhile before anyone came to help us. We had to wait to do paperwork and wait to do a walk through. At the walk through we discovered that the hitch that was in the trailer was not there. We had specifically said we wanted to keep that. They sold us one at their cost and with installation, tax, etc it was another $500! Total time to get out the door... read full review

Our purchase got a little chaotic, but in the end turned out ok. Some things got missed, some phone calls should have been made and weren't and the ball got dropped a couple of times. But in the end things were made right and we are looking forward to our first couple trips before the season ends. I would like to say thank you to our sales person Dylan who was extremely nice and pleasant to work with. Also to Tim in parts that helped us out on our service ticket and parts. I I have gone to camping world from many items over the years. My parents when alive at the time Were president club members. I have found that the staff at this facility has been helpful.
