They had issues with my insurance and they couldn't get it straightened out. I called my insurance and made sure they policy was correct, and it was. I then went back and had Michael help me. He figured out the issue and saved me a ton of money. Michael was great to work with and deserves a raise.
Went there to get my eyes checked and some new glasses ordered cause my old ones got ran over. I told them what was going on and that I didn't have a lot of money. Michael helped me out with getting down to 176 dollars these guys where real life savers.
I have purchased several glasses here over the years. The Cheyenne store has good quality products and no-questions-asked adjustments, but I have never experienced such pleasant, helpful, and low pressure sales assistance as I had recently with Michael. I found frame styles I liked, he and his coworker (I'm sorry I don't remember her name) offered honest opinions on what seemed to fit me best, and he helped find combinations that fit within my budget. He's a keeper!
