Doctor was only able to read from her box of provided answers AND when told patient had allergic reactions to steroids still offered steroids as the answer.. Seriously messed up, provider needs to find another profession. Front Desk Office Manager was large and in charge and told me RUDELY it was the law that they had to have patients picture on file. (Not a law and especially not a rule for self pay) One word. RUN!

This facility is extremely shady and borderline illegal in how they operate. I as a former patient was told my bill was sent and processed through my former insurance. Come to find out they never were in contact with my past insurance company and what a 100 dollar charge is now a 1200 dollar law suit. I only found out later that the lawyer used in the lawsuit is the wife of one of the head doctors. I'm a struggling single parent who is now being drained of a mass majority of my income to simply make a rich corporation richer.

I finally had to throw in the towel and make an appointment with a new (out of state) clinic. While the doctor was great, the staff is just horrible. Insurance documents were submitted incorrectly. Prescription orders are missing. Nobody will return your call. I've never dealt with an office like this before in my life.
