My HP laptop crashed 1 1/2 weeks ago. I used it 24/7 for 50% for my engraving, etching, and wood burning and 50% for my online bookkeeping. I thought for sure it was uncoverable and would have to purchase another laptop that would be twice as expensive.Unfortunately, there were no computer repair stores where I live!Not only was he so knowledgeable, accommodating; but his customer service was impeccable.Not only did he replaced my hard drive, loaded Microsoft 10, but he retrieved most of my corrupted files on my original hard drive.To my greatest surprise and appreciation, he didn’t charge as much as most of the common computer stores would have. What a good experience it was to put my computer in the hands of Affordable Computer Repair and the very knowledgeable and experienced Tech., "Mr. L." I was having a problem that I seemed to be able to fix myself, but after a very short time it returned and my computer would not function as desired. A previous experience with a different company made me aware of the Tech. Company NOT to call, so I was concerned when I called ACR this first time. I did not need to be worried.
