Ken was phenomenal and helped make a pretty bad situation more bearable. We ended up with a flat about 40 miles out of Cheyenne, he was able to tow us in a very quick manner and help us to find a place to drop off the car. Going over and above he even dropped us off at a hotel.
Ken was a delight. This man works long hours out of the goodness of his heart. He helps people out with a smile on his face and a dozen great stories to pass the time. He gave us a ride closer to home because we were on his way. He cares so much, and he is excellent at his job. Thank you for everything Ken!
Had a very serious car crash in northern Nebraska that totalled our vehicle. Throughout our tow, Ken was knowledgable and took a personal interest in our well being. He called with updated ETAs, recommended service shops, and was incredibly friendly. He modified our requested tow to get us closer to Denver. I can’t say enough positive things about Ken!
