The furnace in my home was under great stress in the midst of the subzero temperatures in mid-January & was failing to run properly. I called PR Heating & although there were several other service calls ahead of mine, they were able to come the same day & attend to this one. They even climbed on the roof, in the freezing cold to make necessary changes to the ventilation pipes. They knew what they were doing & were very efficient in finding, explaining & fixing the problem. Highly recommend Powder River A/C & Heating. Rene Camino, Buffalo.

We have used them a few times. They recently replaced our furnace and air conditioning unit. Their work is always professional and very knowledgeable about the products. They are quick to answer question and concerns. Prices are reasonable
