Shawn and his crew came to my rescue when my older bobtail dump truck died on me. They quickly and safely got it hooked up, disconnected the drive shaft, connected air to the brakes, and got it delivered for repairs. They turned a stressful situation into a smooth one, and I’m genuinely grateful for their calm, friendly, and capable service.
OFF ROAD RECOVERY. Absolutely the best. We are novice off roaders and got ourselves in way over our head. We were on a very steep grade and slid the rear of our jeep backwards into a barbed wire fence trying to climb out. Spent the night and called Suloff’s at 6:30 am AND HE ANSWERED. We were 2 hours away from him and in the middle of nowhere. He quoted a price over the phone and was there by 9:00am. He even brought water for our dog and us. He had to snatch block and winch our jeep off the fence, then continue to coach us on a very technical drive out. We experienced a traveler’s nightmare when our RV had a blowout on a Saturday 20 miles outside of Afton. Our insurance co. roadside assistance sent us a lifesaver in Suloff’s Towing and Off-Road Recovery. They came within 30 minutes and had us hooked up and ready to go within a few minutes. The driver was professional and compassionate and had us to the Tire Repair company in a very timely manner. We feel blessed to have worked with such a great company.
