Connie helped us out so much and was very efficient. Years previous we spent hours working with big named companies to do our taxes (will not say any names) But this year we were in and out within a half hour and have been very very pleased with our experience there! I tried calling the call center to see what was going on but my wait time kept getting longer and longer. I called another Jackson Hewitt not far they got me in the next day and everything went smooth as could be. The gentleman who did my taxes was very efficient and did everything he could for me.
