The ladies in this office are amazing. I have state farm and I was just across the street when my tire blew. They let my husband and two young children stay in the office while I got a tow and got everything taken care of. These women were so nice and really went above and beyond. Now to talk state farm itself. I have coverage for towing so it was absolutely free to get my car taken to a repair shop and $30 towards a Lyft if I needed it! I ordered everything in the app and didn't need to make a single phone call (I could have called the office if that was my preferred method). Literally instant relief. Extremely convenient and very well done.

Lorri Grisell State Farm is the best in the valley! Lorri's team are very pleasant and super helpful. They will help you with any insurance needs you have and go above and beyond to make sure all your needs even non-insurance related are taken care.
