Dr. Karl is the first person to make us feel like our calico with a big personality isn’t a problem or issue that needs to be fixed. Him and his staff were excellent in making sure we had no questions, comments or concerns and made sure we knew our pet was in good hands! We will no longer be looking for another vet and will be bringing all our current animals and any future animals to KEY Animal Hospital. ❤️
I took my kitten in for a wellness check, she was only a little over a month old and wanted to make sure she is healthy. The Dr. explained everything clearly and went through all of the vaccines and time frames to get them. Best part is, they have Saturday hours which is amazing considering my work schedule. We thought our puppy, a
Multi/Poo had a tick in his ear. Called & Nancy told us to come anytime and the technician would take care of Cooper. We got ready & was over there in an hour. He's only 14 months old and I knew the problems that come with a tick bite.
Walked in and Nancy got the tech up front, & Cooper went right with her. 15 min later she and another tech, brought him back to us. The one gal had a tweeser with something in it. She kinda laughed and said here's the *non* tick. Seems like it was a huge brown hunk of wax and ear hair !!! Felt kinda silly, but when it comes to stuff like this, I'll leave it to the pros @ Key...she cleaned both ears too.
