Carolyn Harmon is the best stylistI have ever had. She’s very friendly and kind and does an excellent job. I’ve traveled to Weirton and Moundsville just to get Carolyn to cut my hair. I’m so glad she’s at the Wheeling Salon since I only live a few minutes from there and it saves me from traveling so far. Carolyn Harmon is a huge asset to your company.🤗
