I recently moved to PA and visited a recent shop in the state! The 1st time I went was Great, the 2nd time, not so much! The girl really did a number on my hair! So, I drove an hour to Wheeling to have Paula cut my hair, n she is absolutely amazing! She fixed my hair no problem n was sharing stories with me! Absolutely love her!
They listen and don’t give you a haircut you didn’t ask for. Been to the Saint Clairsville GreatClips they didn’t listen to what I asked for then this Shop fixed the problem ??
Facility is always very clean and staff are always really nice. Wasn't real pleased with the new girl who cut mine and my husband's hair she didn't do what I ask at all. Definitely will be requesting my regular lady.
