I am so sad that we have been transportation clients for years and have donated to Family Services as well. We were displaced by the flooding on June 14th and 15th of 2025. We had reached out to Ron the director of transportation for our transportation needs while we were staying at a hotel at the Highlands and that we were not sure if we were eligible for transportation needs to doctor's appointments and to access groceries for ourselves not knowing when we would find another place to live or move to and his response was no. Hello I just started the transportation so I can't really say alot of services yet will post again later on but my service the other day was great and he went over all the activities they have and adding more so I was so happy to hear about them bc I need alot of help with that stuff and I'm excited just wanna say thank you family service
