Could not have asked for a better experience. Price to install a brand new heating and air system was very reasonable, and Josh went above and beyond my expectations. When opportunities arose where some contractors might nickel and dime the customer to death, Josh handled them himself and refused to alter the agreed upon price. We have had issues two issues with our heater not working over the past few years. The unit was installed by Park’s prior to us purchasing the home. Both times Josh has been able to fit us in the same day. He is kind and professional. We were lucky that both repairs were easy fixes and the cost was very fair. He even showed my husband what ge did to correct the issue so if it happens again we can repair it ourselves. I highly recommend this company.

Absolute best HVAC company in the Morgantown area. I've been a long time customer (20yrs) and their service is top notch. Their pricing is very competitive. Excellent, clean and professional installations of new equipment. Service staff ha very attentive and quick to respond to service calls. I like that it's a family owned & operated local business. Expect an honest, courteous and professional job from this business
