Though I was disappointed that my appointment time was not honored due to overbooking, Steve, the owner, personally provided my desired services.I was experiencing nerve pain in my foot as a result of my surgery. Let me tell you, the pedicure I received was done so professionally, and with such care that I have not had ANY nerve pain since that day. “I wasn't here at the business, but I was in the mall yesterday in the play area and I didn't catch the gentlemans name, but I am almost certain he works here. (His kids? I Think were playing in the play area as well) he was reaching over the wall to play eith the kiddos. So sweet, gentle, awesome guy! He tried to play with my little girl but shes shy and cried, he kept apologizing and of course it was okay! He left and came back with lollipops for each child there and I honestly thought it was the sweetest act of kidness ever. So thank you so much for being such an amazing human being sir. “i absolutely LOVED the service that Lovely Nails provided. they took their time, i was a tiny bit annoyed since i was on a time crunch (that's my fault). i have always been so used to the fast paced nails and half done pedicure. my full set looks GORGEOUS and i would recommend this place to everyone i came into contact with. they were SO polite and made me feel comfortable. i got a classic pedicure with gel and it's very well done. i will definitely be returning and hope to become a regular!!!“
