I just had my hot water heater replaced by J. Austin Heating and Cooling. I was able to easily schedule an appointment. They arrived when they said they were going to (which is surprisingly hard to find) and Jamie was knowledgeable and explained my options well. I found the pricing to be fair. Amy in the office was really quick to get back to me and make sure things were taken care of. It was great to work with a local business that makes you feel well taken care of.

Had them fix my thermostat. Heat wasn't working. Professional, polite, and fixed my issue almost immediately. Nice people. Great job

I have nothing to say but we had a great experience. I called and left a message late evening, they came out and diagnosed the next day, and installed a new furnace the next day. They worked tirelessly to get us heat. This was in February during their busy season. Great price, great service, I would recommend them to anyone. We were so surprised to get our heat back in such a short time. Thanks guys.
