I highly recommend J. Austin and their entire team. When my furnace went out on a Friday night, I called first thing Saturday morning and was immediately able to speak with Amy. She was very informative, professional, and assured me that a technician would be at my home that same morning. The technician arrived promptly and was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had the furnace up and running in a short amount of time. On Monday, I decided to move forward with purchasing a new furnace. That same day, Jaime came to my home to gather the necessary measurements and information. By Tuesday, Jaime and his team had promptly installed the new furnace along with a new thermostat. Jaime also took the time to clearly explain how to use the thermostat, which I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Jaime and his team. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. Excellent service from start to finish.

Wonderful company to work with! Jamie showed up on time, was knowledgeable and helpful. He recognized the problem right away and came back to finish the job as soon as my part arrived.
