Vienna Veterinary Clinic is the only full-service vet clinic in Vienna, WV, and offers good prices, unlike other veterinarians who raise prices without apparent reason. This has made it possible for pet owners to take good care of their animals. The clinic is loved by both pets and owners, with dogs running in with their tails wagging. Dr. Palmer and the staff are highly knowledgeable and have been particularly helpful to new dog owners, answering all their questions and educating them. The clinic is also knowledgeable about specific breeds, such as the daschund. Pet owners highly trust the clinic, and their pets receive wonderful care. A recent example is a dog named Daisy who was spayed and well cared for at the clinic. Pet owners are thankful for the care and education they receive at Vienna Veterinary Clinic.
I would give 10 stars if it was an option. Moving to the area, the biggest anxiety was finding the best vet for our hounds. (5 total) Fortunately we were recommended to try Dr Palmer and have never looked back. Fast and friendly responses, genuine care for the animals by the entire staff, and a fabulous doctor. My dogs all have been treated wonderfully. I walk away with happy dogs and the peace of mind they recieved the best care.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Dr. Palmer and staff are absolutely wonderful and caring. From the moment you walk in with your pet they treat you and your pet like family. Dr. Palmer really listens and cares for your pet like her own.
Good prices unlike other greedy veterinarians who jump into inflation and raise prices for no apparent reason. Can't even show how it cost them more to service a dog or cat . This place seems to actually understand we can't pay fortunes for pet shots . So far I'm satisfied with this place prices . Thank you for helping the community out by not raising your prices this makes it possible for us to take good care of our animals
