This “business” I trusted and paid $330 for a service for tax filing ended up by my ENTIRE family including my CHILDREN having our personal information stolen and USED by someone else filing our taxes and claiming our children. We are STILL waiting on 2017 tax return. I would not suggest ANYONE use this business.

This firm had a major data breach. This breach happened in late 2017, but no affected clients were informed until after the breach began to cause issues; i.e. State & Federal Returns being submitted using previous years tax information. Social Security Numbers of Family, 1099 employees, etc were all accessed. Banking information of clients were stolen. And even children of victims will deal with the effects of this breach for at least a generation. The delay of contacting victims has caused an unknown number of families grief and potentially thousands of dollars. I have had the worst luck with these people. I would not recommend them to anyone. They told me that I would have my return done in a few days and it took them 2 weeks. Also I had a amended return from 2014 that I needed to have done and he said he would have it done in a 1 or 2 weeks that was in the beginning of February it is now March and my amended return is still not done. He e-filed our return for us 2 weeks into February and we still have not got our return back and when I call them about it they tell me their is nothing they can do about it. So I guess once you pay them you are no longer their problem!! I will never recommend them to any one!!!
