S & K just finished a very big and serious job, bamboo was actually smothering my house, and my driveway was about to fall in a ditch. Steve and Kenny were patient with me. If you have had a bamboo problem, you will understand when I say it was actually smothering my home. I would give this company 10 stars if I could. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. During this whole process, it rained almost every day, but they still did their best to get it done. I changed my mind about things many times because I will admit paranoid about that bamboo and the ditch. They were very, very patient, and I kind of hated to see them go. Steve is great! He was very friendly from first contact on the phone and made it out very quickly to give me an estimate. He was thorough and took his time while talking through my needs and wants for my yard. Even after a couple more times over closer to the job starting, he dealt with my ever changing plans flawlessly and without aggravation. He kept excellent contact the weeks prior to the job starting so I would know when I should expect the job to be started and completed. (Very weather pending). First time using S&K Excvating. They were great! Showed up on time. Accomplished everything that we agreed on. Great online estimate and receipt. I made a few changes as the work progressed and they were reasonable as to the extra cost. Nice guys to work with! Any further excavating needs will definitely include Steve and Kenny!!
