Our 2002 Chevy suburban was again having difficulties on the way out to Canadian Valley. It had been running really sluggish. We’ve had it checked by our regular mechanic before we came, but it kept losing power anyways. We stopped by the local NAPA store on Wednesday afternoonand got recommendations. They suggested we call Burns. He took us that day and came up with likely culprit and then got us back to our place in Canaan. Parts didn’t come in on Thursday, but they did come in on Friday. On our way up to Canaan the heater core went on our truck. Not only did Burns call us back, (other shop in Canaan did not return 2 calls) he got is in that day and had our vehicle turned around quickly and at a fair price! Awesome experience!!
