Although there may be long waiting times due to the high volume of clients, the remodeling of the waiting room has improved the experience. Appointments are offered one day a week, which is better than walk-in visits. Pets leave the hospital in great shape, with minimum downtime, healthy, and happy. My little foster guy got his foot/leg closed in a door while I was letting my Goldens out. My neighbor had to take him in for me as hubby is in the hospital at the same time. Walkins accepted M-F except Thursday. My little guy had on the spot xrays. They let me pay over the phone when I was unable to do so in person. Great service and my little guy was okay!
Got there a lil late was the last ones to be seen but we was in and out within an hour the vet was very nice and professional the staff was very nice and professional but here is why I'm giving only four stars I took my Chihuahua for his nails to be clipped and his shots and it was 200.00 that is absolutely outrageous for a dog that only weighed 8.5lbs the prices are high and it makes it hard for ppl like us who are on a budget to take our dogs in when they need to see the vet they don't have any type of payment plan and some of us can't get the card or help cause our credit scores aren't high enough I just feel they need to have some type of payment help for those who… read full review
Very busy. Got there at 830am to get one cat spayed, 2 cats for a checkup and a rabies shot, and one cat to get checked out after a fight(antibiotics only), and the total bill was right at $400. This place must be printing money. There from 830 am till nearly 11, and the parking lot and office stayed packed to the point people were waiting in their cars to be seen. Was just as full at 5pm when I picked up my cat. The only issue i had was the fact that the pet dander was messing up me my wife and son,and none of us has any allergies.
