I’m giving a 3 because of the fast service, however I’m not use them again.I took a pair of Birkenstocks in to be resoled and was charged 60 some odd dollars.The resole was a generic dogbone Birk style sole, but not authentic.It’s been almost a year and the sole has started to become unglued. You can see that the leather wasn’t prepped correctly before the glue was applied.People have said to take them back, but anyone cutting corners like this has lost my trust. I paid for authentic soles to be used and paid premium prices for generic products and shoddy work, but it was completed within 3 days so…. There’s that.

I gave them a 3 because he fixed one pair of shoes ? but my favorite casual sandal type shoes he lost and or kept for himself. I sent my daughter in to check on my shoes he had for 6 months and he yelled at my daughter and said if I haven't called him yet then they're not ready. I've been in there three more times and his final word was I can't find them but when I do ill call two years and he still haven't found them

I had a 15-year-old pair of boots that I love which needed new heels. Now they are like new! Friendly and prompt service. I will be back with other items that are in need of repairs! Thank you for your great work.
