Family!
Our family has worked with Charla throughout the entire process and to say she's been incredible is an understatement!! Being this the first home I've ever bought, I had a lot of questions. Without any hesitation Charla has answered every single one of them in a kind, quick and accurate manner. Anytime that I've had a question and Charla is busy with another customer, Randy and Todd both have been phenomenal about helping me with questions I've had. Everyone in their office at St. Albans location is wonderful! They've given us the ins and outs of every single step, stayed on top of the bank when needed, and worked closely with every single person who had hands in this process to ensure we get to the closing process as quickly as possible. From customer service all the way to the beautiful affordable priced homes, I cannot recommend anyone other than Clayton Homes of St. Albans! Thank you all so much for making this an easy and stress free process!
