Todd was an answered prayer, we have worked a long time to be able to have the home we have always wanted and he went above and beyond to help make sure that happened!!!! Our family has worked with Charla throughout the entire process and to say she's been incredible is an understatement!! Being this the first home I've ever bought, I had a lot of questions. Anytime that I've had a question and Charla is busy with another customer, Randy and Todd both have been phenomenal about helping me with questions I've had. Everyone in their office at St. Albans location is wonderful!
