Abigail's Hotel LLC

I have used Abigail's Hotel for about 14 years for my dog kenneling needs. They remember both me and my fur babies from visit to visit. My dogs are kenneled more than three times a year. I now live in Huntington but still drive back to St. Albans to use their services. Quite frankly, I wouldn't have as much trust in anyone else. The fact that they maintain the same staff for over a decade speaks volumes.

I found myself having to board my dog for nearly six days. He has had a bad past and came from a rescue. I did not know how this kennel experience would affect him. Yes, he was dressed, but, every day, one of Abigail's crew would sit with him, love on him and try to make him feel secure. He was watched carefully, making sure his medication was eaten, and was gracious to me as I called every day. If I ever have to do this again, this is the kennel I will go to. You will not find a more professional or compassionate group of peole.

This was my first time there. Was greeted very friendly, seemed interested in how I wanted my standard poodles cut. Delivered it to perfection. She also made sure I was pleased. I think we have found our new groomer, that will pamper my fur babies
