The owner came out and did a diagnostic on my unit today. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Last week we had another local company come out who installed our unit and the customer service was extremely poor. When R&R Comfort Systems came out he looked everything over with a fine tooth comb and gave us our options. Not only that but he explained everything in detail and how everything works. For a first time home owner this was extremely helpful for me and it gave me comfort in knowing that I found the right company for the job.
