Prior to this one, I had never had a facial before and have sensitive skin. I didn't know what to expect other than I might be sitting in a chair having stuff put on my face. I wasn't sure if my face would get irritated by the ingredients or if I would be bothered by the scents. None of the ingredients bothered me at all, and I love that they are organic and smell so great (and subtle). The facial was super relaxing, and my face looked amazing afterward. I couldn't believe it! For the first time in decades, I cannot feel blackheads on my nose (which I try to get rid of to no avail). My sinus area isn't puffy anymore either. I'm truly amazed! I have been receiving services from Chelsea for close to 10 yrs & since 2016 commuting from Chantilly, Va; about 1hr, 10mins one way. She is AMAZING & very knowledgeable about her industry. I LOVE her
